BVA International is now working on a documentary film devoted to Gustav Mahler and his youth in Bohemia, which will try and look for the reflections of his experiences from this period in his musical output. The Gustav Mahler Jugendorchester will participate in the making of the film during its Spring 2009 season. The young members of the orchestra will help us answer the questions what Mahler’s music can give listeners today and what it means to the young generation.
